Francesca Olsen makes bold and beautiful things, from quilt commissions to bespoke clothing. She is also a professional marketer and communications consultant.
Sewing is in her blood—before they came to the U.S. from Naples, Italy, her mother’s family were tailors. Sewing brings Francesca close to her heritage in a way that defies explanation.
She runs an online shop offering handmade items and curated vintage, and has some patterns in the works for 2020. She is part of Assets for Artists’ 2020 North Adams Project cohort and is open for quilt and sewing commissions.
